Data Privacy Policy

Thank you very much for your interest in our products.
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
Below we inform you about the collection of your data and how we handle them.

Elicitation of data when opening an account
on our website and newsletter

The creation of a customer account is optional and helps you to get an overview of orders placed. Mandatory data will be communicated to you in the course of registration. These accounts are not public and cannot be indexed by search engines.
You also have the option of registering for an email newsletter via your customer account. This registration is not pre-selected and therefore only takes place with your express consent (opt-in).

Data collection for contract processing

We collect data which you send us in the context of your inquiry or order. This is done via our webshop, contact forms or direct contact via email. The extent of the data collected can be seen on the respective forms. In the case of inquiries via contact form or email, the data gathered is limited to your name and the email address for a reply, as well as an address for the case of the offer production (this is needed for the determination of quoted delivery costs).
When we submit an offer, please provide us with your invoice or delivery address and a telephone number for any queries. We store this information for the correct execution of the contract.

Data transfer for contract processing

Our contracts usually include not only the production of requested articles, but also the delivery of the same to your address. For this purpose we pass on the necessary address and contact data to the commissioned shipping or forwarding company.
If payment is made via a payment service provider, we will pass on the necessary payment data to them.

Deletion of data

Your customer account on our website offers you the possibility to delete your account data, subject to our obligation to retain data under commercial or tax law after the contract has been fulfilled (in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 DSGVO).
Subscribed newsletters offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe from them in the footer of each newsletter.
The data collected for contract processing – whether via web shop, direct sales or order processing by our sales department – will be deleted by us after the statutory retention obligations have expired. This deletion takes place after 10 years of fiscal retention obligation. Emails and correspondence are deleted after 6 years of commercial-legal storage obligation (§257 HGB).

Information, deletion and blocking

To obtain information from us about stored data relating to your person, you have the opportunity at any time and free of charge,. If you have any questions about the purpose of data processing, we will inform you and of course enable you to change or delete your data beyond the legal storage obligations.
